Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels within 45 days from delivery date for a full refund. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It can take up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method and can take 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day. Download and print your return label then drop your package at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location (as indicated in your shipping label). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
